I have created this company with the mindset of being able to provide good quality service and support to women and children. Thanks to the good acceptance of the community we are growing and bringing more professionals to continue serving the needs of the community.

I graduated as a Microbiologist and Cell Scientist with extra certifications in Chemistry from the University of Florida. After receiving my bachelors degree I went on to pursuit my lifelong dream of becoming a Naturopathic Doctor. I obtained my doctorate degree from University of Bridgeport (UB) where I graduated with honors and received awards as best clinician of my class.

Since graduation from UB I took an entrepreneurial route with my husband delivering naturopathic medicine to clients in the US as well other parts of the world with a focus on women and pediatric health.

I had received additional breastfeeding support certifications through University of Virginia, School of Medicine, the Virginia Department of Health, ALLP The Academy of Lactation Policy and International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners and Practice allowing me to help mothers through the entire process from fertility into motherhood.

I am licensed in the state of Connecticut and specializes in women’s health, fertility, pre and post natal care, children's health, and breastfeeding support. I have been awarded 2 years consecutively as Best Holistic Pediatrician in Connecticut.

I use different alternative therapies such as botanical medicine, acupuncture, nutrition, homeopathy, hydrotherapy and more. Everything you need to be healthy.

“My role is to teach and guide you through the complex process of change and prevention. I guide you step by step to your optimal wellness by showing you how to be aware of your body, its needs, your mind, and your environment. I’ll give the right set of tools and knowledge and you will be ready to live a healthier and more fulfilling life.”

I am a mother of 2 girls and married to Dr. Manuel Orta (pediatrician). I truly enjoy gardening with my family, hiking, and teaching my girls about nature. I am a serious foodie and enjoy cooking and making new recipes.
