About the Event
In this class, Toddlers & their Grown-ups will be engaged as we will cover different themes of yoga and mindfulness. This will be done through interactive, engaging, and age-appropriate mind-body movement.
These classes are a great way to build a healthy foundation of self awareness, emotional regulation, and gross motor skills. Yoga works on balance, coordination, strength, motor planning and so much more.
It increases core strength and postural control, which children need in order to sit up straight in their chairs. This is a great bonding experience between a grownup and child!
These classes are for ages crawlers to 24 months.
