Job description
We are a growing pediatric practice that offers full pediatric services with a concierge style allowing us to deliver exceptional quality care for our patients and families. Our practice is relatively new and growing rapidly and it is in need of dedicated and motivated people to help move it forward.
Our work environment is relaxed, enjoyable, and fun, with a family style and small-town feel. We work very closely together supporting each other in every aspect of our job. We are currently building a brand new state-of-the-art office with hopes to move into our new space before the end of the year. This means that our team is also about to grow larger and our new hire will play a key role in this process.
We're hiring a Medical Administrative Assistant to oversee all administrative aspects of the practice. The position is mostly managing the front desk from greeting patients and answering our lines to health document and account management. We are looking for someone who is willing to put in the time and effort it takes to grow with us and eventually take over all the practice management aspects (managing medical and administrative staff, providing leadership, overseeing billing and financial operations). Our Medical Administrative assistant must get to know our patients and families and be able to anticipate their needs. They must possess a firm understanding of organizational goals and how well patient care supports those goals. The ideal candidate for this position will have a firm grasp of all operations, processes, and quality standards, and will work well with our other staff members to ensure we meet both patient and organizational goals.
The compensation is based on experience and we are also open to train someone with limited experience if they meet our criteria for the ideal candidate. All training for advancement will be provided by FIG Health as the need arises.
